Co-Founder & CEO

Katherine's background in visual arts has driven her to think creatively about how to bridge divides. While working as a 3D artist at Amazon, she became increasingly aware of the polarization and hate that is dividing society in her home country, the US. Since founding Acquaint, addressing these issues globally has become her calling.

Volunteer Coordination & Partnerships

An HR professional with a background in English literature and language, Zainab leads efforts in volunteer recruitment/coordination and building international partnerships. Driven by a passion for connection and learning, she enjoys creating environments where people from diverse backgrounds can collaborate, and thrive.

Operations & Program Design

Solomon brings a strong background in operations and cross-cultural communication, supported by his Bachelor's Degree in Politics. He leads efforts in volunteer recruitment, program design, and operation improvements. Beyond Acquaint, Solomon has worked to empower underprivileged communities, particularly advocating for educational support for kids in Sierra Leone.

Peacebuilding Advisor

Yehuda is a peacebuilding pracademic with a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. He is also a recipient of numerous fellowships including three with the UN. He joined Acquaint because of its unique dialogue platform, which he wished existed during his upbringing. He sees it as a paradigm shift in recognizing that the path to international peace begins with the self.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Sarah is a digital marketing specialist, equity advocate, and passionate storyteller with over four years of experience in social media management, content creation, and project management. A 2022 graduate of the University of Delaware with a dual BA in English and Women & Gender Studies, Sarah uses her skills to elevate nonprofit and mission-driven organizations.

Co-Founder & CTO

As an experienced software engineer, Alex has a broad range of expertise, including AI and fintech startups, and has contributed to the success of numerous organizations. Alex began his career after obtaining a BA in Biological Sciences from SUNY Buffalo, where he conducted neuroscience research before transitioning to software engineering roles.
